The HTC Desire 816 is a newly launched huge mid range smartphone running on latest Android operating system .The device is powered with a 1.6 GHz quad-core Snapdragon MSM8292 Snapdragon 400 processor. In terms of memory, it has 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage, that could however be expanded up-to 64 GB using microSD card.
HTC Desire 816 looks very similar to the HTC One (M8) with larger display, it is more of a mid-range smart phone under 30k. The Desire 816 has a 720p display, a quad-core 1.6 GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, a 2600 mAh battery, and 8GB of storage that’s expandable via a microsdcard. The phone does have a higher-resolution camera than the One (M8), however, with a 13MP rear-facing camera, and a 5MP front-facing camera.
The good news is that HTC Desire 816 will be available from May onwards at a wonderfull price of Rs. 23,990.
